General conditions:
The consumption of hot water, electricity, and gas is either counted apart through meter reading or previously established through forfeit system.
Bed linen and bath towels are furnished at request at € 10,00 per pax.
The apartments are delivered clean at the beginning of your stay and have to be given back clean as well. Anyway, if you don’t care about final cleaning yourself, you’ll have to pay € 25,00.
Arrivals on Saturdays from 03.00 p.m., departures within 10.00 a.m.
On arrival a caution of € 100,00 in cash is to be deposited, which you’ll get back before your departure.
Pets are accepted.
Cradle or bed for babies and highchair are at your disposal.
